These little water faeries use textures by Queenie @ phantasmagoria. They're also be able to be bred!
For their eyes to properly work, you need the Prism Mirror Lens' fork of PetzA and enable textured irises. Their legs are actually their tail and their hat is their ears! Hex edited as well to have 100 kindness and low constitution (to show that they're constantly sleepy). They only come out as female in the adoption center.

The zip file contains a sound folder. Just move it to the Catz folder and don't do anything else with it!
