When sunlight makes contact with raindrops in the air, it forms a rainbow. This little sweetheart is Lanino and Elnina's lovable, artsy daughter. They're one of the only children that reside in TV World, and they star in an art show (with Tenna hosting it because unfortunately, she's too young!).

Ella is compassionate and sweet (maybe a bit of sour, but she's seven, what can ya do), but just like her parents, she's got the case of being a crybaby and thinking too highly of herself. The genes really don't lie!

Unfortunately for her, ah, let's just say... Her parents are kiiinda bad at communicating. If you've played Deltarune Chapter 3, the Weather Duo often break up when driven by jealousy. Because of the fact that they're bad at communicating, this leads to a bit of distress to poor Ella, who can't really comprehend it all.

She doesn't really understand, but whenever it happens, her "Uncle Tenna" swoops in to distract her from it all. Just like a certain someone in his life he'd do the same to...

Tenna

When Lanino and Elnina are busy, and Tenna doesn't have anything better to do, he's the one who has to look after her. He makes sure she isn't in some kind of mess, but she's a well-behaved girl, so it doesn't really go wrong a lot of the time... Ella calls him "Uncle Tenna", which he doesn't seem to mind being called.

Ella's father and mother! She loves them a lot, and they love her too. Lanino and Elnina love to shower her in toys and gifts, and cheers her on everything she does. Ella doesn't seem to favor one parent over the other (But That Has Caused A Problem Being Asked Who Her Favorite Was.)

Kris

Ella is the closest to Kris, since they, well, obviously watched children's shows when they were younger. Ella is like Lancer to them, the cute little sibling figure that follows their every footstep. It's cute!

Rouxls Kaard

Ella fears this guy. He's got a weird smile and is super tall and got weird eyes. He keeps insisting that he's their third parent, but no way is she taking that lightly.

Cupio

Cupio also watches over her sometimes. Ella likes to hide under his wings and tailcoat, and though Cupio isn't great with children, he likes to read her storybooks and play tea parties with her.
